To cancel, simply send your request by email to membersupport@designyourownvacation.com with subject line “Cancel Membership No. ” Please include your name, member id, why cancel, etc. But keep in mind, cancelling means you’ll lose all your fantastic benefits.
We provide 24/7 customer support by chat, phone and email pre and post booking which you can access from the members booking platform.
You can update your personal details like email address, home address in your personal account when you login in this website.
Choose from our two membership options and proceed with payment. You’ll receive a welcome email with login details for our booking platform within 24 hours if you join on a weekday. For weekend registrations, expect your email by Monday or Tuesday night.

- the member is only allowed 2-3 times a year booking for other people that are not direct family members living in the same household but the member is required to be included in the booking as well
- the member is not allowed to use the booking platform for commercial purposes
- the member is not allowed to use the booking platform for fraudulent purposes
If it happened then you might have violated the booking platform terms and conditions of use such as:
- Use the booking platform fraudulently
- Use the booking platform for commercial purposes
- Violated the restrictions/terms and conditions of membership use
- You haven’t paid your membership fee before expiry.
But if you haven’t done any of the above, please let us know by sending email enquiry using subject line “membership cancelled without notice” to membersupport@designyourownvacation.com
If you decide to cancel, any upcoming bookings you have will still be honoured. But just a heads up, you’ll lose any membership perks like VIP Airport Lounge access. If you’re thinking about cancelling, we’d suggest waiting until after your last booking. That way, you can enjoy all your benefits right up to the end. Let us know if you need any help!
